**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Market Development Manager to drive the growth and expansion of our enterprise and delivery drone solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in market analysis, business development, and strategic planning. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify new market opportunities, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and develop strategies to position Agri Spray Drones as a leader in the enterprise and delivery drone market.


**Key Responsibilities:**


1. **Market Analysis and Strategy Development:**

  - Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges in the enterprise and delivery drone market.

  - Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand the company's footprint.

  - Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to identify areas for differentiation and competitive advantage.


2. **Business Development:**

  - Identify and engage with potential clients, partners, sales partners, and other key stakeholders to build a robust pipeline of business opportunities.

  - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.

  - Collaborate with our Sales and Marketing Teams to create compelling go-to-market strategies.


3. **Product and Solution Positioning:**

  - Work closely with our R&D Team on projects that ensure that our enterprise and delivery drone solutions meet market needs and customer expectations.

  - Collaborate with Marketing Team to develop and execute product positioning and messaging strategies to effectively communicate the benefits of our solutions.

  - Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and potential product enhancements.


4. **Sales Enablement:**

  - Support the Sales Team with training, resources, and tools needed to effectively sell our enterprise and delivery drone solutions.

  - Develop sales collateral, presentations, and other materials to assist in the sales process.

  - Participate in customer meetings, presentations, and demonstrations as needed.


5. **Performance Tracking and Reporting:**

  - Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to market development and business growth.

  - Provide regular updates to senior management on market trends, business development activities, and progress against strategic goals.

  - Adjust strategies and tactics as needed based on performance data and market feedback.


**Qualifications:**

- Strong understanding of the enterprise and delivery drone market, including key trends, technologies, and competitive landscape.

- Experienced drone pilot with practical knowledge of drone operations and regulations.

- Willing and able to travel for extended periods of time (~50%).

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
